We loved seeing how each participant approached the challenge by adding fabrics, changing the composition, experimenting with quilting, and putting their own creative spin on the panel.

But while there may be only one gift certificate winner, we think everyone came out ahead. Each of our talented participants created a beautiful, one-of-a-kind quilt, and we got to see just how differently the same starting point can be interpreted.
That's one of the things we love most about quilting. Give ten people the same pattern or piece of fabric, and you're likely to get ten completely different quilts. A little creativity, a different fabric choice here, an unexpected idea there, and suddenly, something that started out the same becomes completely personal.
